We typically respond within 1–2 business days. For urgent issues (security vulnerabilities, login problems, critical errors before important matches) we aim to respond within 24 hours.

What to email about

• Bug reports: when something doesn't work (prediction entry fails, scores wrong, login stuck). Please include browser and device info, ideally with a screenshot.

• Feature requests: missing a play mode, league setting, or statistic? Tell us what you need — many features started exactly that way.

• Data corrections: if a match result or score in your league is wrong. Please include a specific reference (league, match, the value you believe is correct).

• Translation corrections: if a German or English wording reads awkwardly or misses a term — native-speaker corrections are very welcome.

• Privacy requests: to exercise your rights under GDPR (access, deletion, objection), use the same email. We respond within the legally required 30 days.

• Business inquiries: partnerships, league sponsorships, B2B solutions for company prediction games.

• Security disclosures: for discovered security issues, please use coordinated disclosure via email. We acknowledge security researchers publicly on request.

What we cannot help with

• Betting or prediction recommendations: Pridovo is a prediction game, not a bookmaker. We do not give recommendations for external sports betting and accept no responsibility for any bets placed based on Pridovo data.

• FIFA-related complaints: Pridovo is not FIFA. For matters directly involving FIFA (match scheduling, referee decisions, official statistics), please contact fifa.com.

• Player conflicts in your league: internal league disputes are resolved by the league admin. Pridovo intervenes in private leagues only on technical or data-protection matters.

Response times

Typical response times:

• Security disclosures: within 24 hours

• Login or prediction-entry problems during a matchday: within 1 business day

• General bug reports: within 1–2 business days

• Feature requests and general questions: within 3–5 business days

If you haven't heard back after 10 business days, your email may have ended up in a spam filter — a short reminder is always welcome.
